In the spirit of the notice I put on the front page, I'm going to start the ball rolling on this talk page. How does everyone feel about removing 'comments' from all articles, and encouraging editors to post all feedback on the talk pages? This is meant to be the idea with all wikia sites, as it reduces clutter and keeps the article in a presentable state. If editors want, they could save all feedback in a text file before removing the comments from the article. I would go round and do it myself, but I don't want people to get upset and start an edit war, so I'll leave it up to the individual.

Also, people should really keep 'this is the version of this deck I run with' comments to the talk page as well, because they are still comments. A deck article should just be about presenting a list of the cards used in a deck, a clear description of said deck's strategy and it's pros and cons. It should not contain every version of said deck under the sun. Perhaps there could be a second deck build offered on each deck article (only if necessary though), called the alternative deck, but it would need to be thought through, and certainly no more than one alternative. Again, we want to avoid clutter.

There could be an exception to this, if the particular deck style really really warrants more than two varieties then by all means add them. All I'm concerned about is people coming across deck strategies they use, adding a poorly constructed edit to the page, detailing their version (which may itself be poorly considered), and generally leaving the article as a whole in a messier state than it was.

It all comes down to editor responsibility, anyone can add or remove anything on any part of this wiki, that's the beauty of it. However, it's always prudent to step back and think "Do I really need to add this? How can I improve my contribution?" and so on. Remember, prudence is a virtue!

Prudence would be encouraged by requiring users to log in before they're allowed to make edits. That would also cut down on spam and vandalism. Dack31 20:34, May 23, 2010 (UTC)

Strategies Section[]

It's getting a little cluttered there. Worth cutting it down? The main list has now been categorised, so maybe a few articles devoted to each of the types of decks would be better than the hodge-podge list we have right now? --82.10.110.122 18:15, 17 August 2009 (UTC)

I made sure everything was accessible from a subpage and then reorganised the whole thing. It's looking a lot better now. Some of the subpages could do with a lot of attention, though. --82.10.110.122 14:35, 18 August 2009 (UTC)

New homepage feedback[]

Hey, what happened to the Card Ideas, Suggestions, Bugs, etc? We should probably put them under the "community" slot.

They ARE in the community slot mate. Just click "join the wiki forums". Chriskang 01:02, October 1, 2009 (UTC)

Spam Report / Deletion Requests[]

As the newest admin to this Wiki, I added a Spam Report page and link to the main page. We are in charge of spam deletion, but we can't find all spam pages by ourselves. So if you see any spam lying around in this site, please report it.

New level 5 elementals[]

As the new patch has come i have started to record datas about these new elementals. If you could create a new section in the wikia with a link in the main page i would start to make me useful writing about them. Thanks for reading! Javajava

I may add a page to the Wiki that explains the Level 5 Halfbloods. Meanwhile, just look at the link above. Devilord Bloodshadow 05:18, February 7, 2010 (UTC)

Can we add new elements like electricity or thunder?

No, of course not.

Oracle[]

Can someone please post something about the Oracle? I just discovered it and wasn't quite sure what it was or did. So please post some kind of explanation. Thanks!

I just discovered it too.

It seems that you spin the wheel and you can either win money or a card that is already on the field in you'r next match. RebornDice 23:03, February 13, 2010 (UTC)

I found out that you spin the wheel you can get a new card you get a card for your next match you get some money and it tells you who the next false god you'll face is.

Hope this helps!

I just used the oracle...got 150 coins, found out who the next false god I'm facing is, got a firefly for my next match (whoopee), and I got a "Blue Nymph" card (very, very rare).

Can't access the Oracle[]

Hey i have been playing for over like a week in a half and still can't access the oracle. Why can't i access the oracle if someone could tell me what to do that would be great

Have you completed the quests? I don't remember which, but I believe that you can only access the Oracle after completion of a certain quest. Devilord Bloodshadow 04:05, April 17, 2010 (UTC)

Version 1.26[]

Wiki is up-to-date again, at least considering the changes in version 1.26. Now you can use the deck builder template even with the new cards. --TafferBoy 11:29, December 22, 2010 (UTC)

Thanks! I appreciate it. ~~Firedealer T/C 22:08, December 25, 2010 (UTC)

Finding Decks[]

Need a better way to browse player-made decks. The 'article search' field on the front page doesn't work well -- if I type "gravity" there to look for gravity-mark decks, I get prompted to create a new article titled 'Gravity'. Tagging each deck article with Category:Decks would probably be best, though I've already seen a half-dozen deck articles that are not categorized... would take me a few lunchtimes to find them all and tag them properly so they would show up when someone browses player-made decks. --Mozai 19:26, August 1, 2011 (UTC)
